Major Update: Course Access Is Moving (Please Read) https://logosbynick.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/canceling-teachable-header-1024x576.png 1024 576 Nick Saporito Nick Saporito https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/8e31bf392f0ba8850f29a1a2e833cdd020909bfd44613c7e222072c40e031c34?s=96&d=mm&r=gThis is an important announcement regarding any courses you may be enrolled in. The current course platform will no longer be accessible after May 27th, 2026.
Your courses aren’t going away, they’re just moving to a new home.
Please read below for instructions on how to access your account going forward.
Why This Is Happening
I’ve hosted my courses on Teachable since 2018.
Last week, I was notified of a major change in their pricing structure that would increase my costs from $200/month to well over $3,000/month.
Unfortunately, I’m not in a position where I can absorb such a fee hike, so I made the decision to move everything to a self-hosted platform. I believe this is the best option for long-term stability.
What This Means For You
The good news is that I’ve already completed the migration. If you enrolled in a course on or after Sunday May 3rd, 2026, you’re already on the new platform and no action is needed.
If you enrolled before May 3rd, 2026, you’ll need to claim your account on the new platform.
How To Access Your Courses:
Go to: https://logosbynick.com/my-account/lost-password/
- Enter the same email address you used on the old platform
- If you signed up with your Google or Facebook account, use the email address associated with that account
- Click Reset Password
- Check your email for instructions to create your new password
Once completed, you’ll regain access to all of your purchased courses and bundles. Unfortunately, progress data will be lost, so be sure to make note of where you left off if you’re midway through a course.
Going forward, you can access your courses by signing in at https://logosbynick.com/my-account/ or by going to the main website (logosbynick.com) and clicking any of the sign in links.
Need Help?
If it’s been more than a year since you last signed into your account, I may have to add you manually. Just send me an email if you get an invalid username error: nick@logosbynick.academy
Please include as many detail as possible, such as:
- Any alternate email addresses you may have enrolled with
- Approximate purchase date (month/year)
- Description of the issue
I’ll be on standby for the next few weeks to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Final Note
This is not a change that I wanted to make, but my hand was forced. I promised you lifetime access to your courses when you enrolled and this is the best way for me to keep that promise.
My apologies for any inconvenience and I thank you for your support and understanding.

Thank you, everything worked fine and the new site is just as intuitive. Was it the lifetime access you grant your students that caused the extreme spike? Anyway, it’s a ridiculous amount they charge.
I really enjoy your courses and keep coming back for reference.
Thanks for understanding, Vera! The pricing spike was caused because Teachable decided to start charging a monthly fee for every student enrolled externally using their API. I’ve been enrolling students this way for the past 2 years, so the charges were going to be astronomical. When they got back to me with the exact number, it was going to cost more than I actually make selling these courses.
That’s quite the predicament. Your reason for switching is justified and for what it’s worth, this new layout is quite nice.
Thanks Marlan, glad you like it and thanks for understanding.
Hey Nick, it makes total sense. I prefer the courses here. You are a wonderful teacher. I wish you all the best.
NB: Looking forward to see updated content on Affinity etc.
Thanks Riyaz. I appreciate the support.
Hey, no apologies. I hear you.
I never trust platforms like teachable, they may seem like a good solution in the beginning but down the road it almost always leads to this.
Agreed. Once they have the leverage, they use it. Thanks for understanding.
Sorry you had to go through this, but kudos for making the change and sharing why you had to do this. Good luck – I have accessed my info successfully and appreciate your continued efforts.
Glad to hear!
For me it was a very smooth transition. Thanks for keeping your promise. I’m looking forward to any new video coming in the future. I learned so much from you already and I’m sure I’m going to learn many more things from you.
All the best,
Sven
Thanks Sven, glad I could help.
You’re AMAZING, Nick, and I would follow you anywhere. Sorry you had to go through this. I had a similar thing happen to me. I love Ai, but if one more company tells me they need to increase my monthly subscription to “blah, blah, blah offset the price of Ai tech”, or mask them as improvements, I am just going to go sell lottery tickets and alcohol at the nearest gas station and sell my business! I am talking directly to you, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft, Google, and Teachable. I know Teachable didn’t frame the increase explicitly as an “AI‑cost surcharge” in the way some of the big‑tech platforms have. Instead, they just rolled out a new plan structure in June 2025 that bumps many existing users into higher‑priced tiers, with a fair bit of added feature capacity and some AI‑related tools tucked into the mix. **Small business owner rant will now conclude.** 🙂 Congratulations, Nick! You’re going to have more control of your brand system.
Thanks, Michele! And sorry you had to go through something similar.
Teachable has been screwing around with price increases and processing fees for a while, but this most recent policy change crossed the line and made their service unaffordable for me. They’ve decided to start charging a monthly fee for every student that I’ve enrolled externally using their API, which I’ve been doing for two years now. I was stunned when I ran the numbers.
I share your disdain for the tech industry. It’s not easy trying to navigate the online space these days. Stay strong!
Honestly, I think it’s a better way of doing things no? the site and courses are awesome here too 🙂 congrats for the migration and it happened for something good, no doubt about it my friend, saludos desde México!
As long as everyone transfers over without a problem and everything works as expected, I’d have to agree. Thanks for the support!
I’ll try to access my course via the new platform now. Thanks for the heads-up. I’m glad you’re forced to make this change. It’s your home, our home, now and you can, we can, live on our own terms. I must also confess that the new home looks amazing. This is massive growth. Keep being great! All the way from Nigeria.
Thank you for your kind words, Idowu. As long as this transition goes smoothly I think it’ll definitely be for the better long-term.
Migration went 100%. Thanks so much!
Glad to hear 👍
Totally understand–that fee increase is beyond reason. Thank you for the update and continued access. Great response in building your own platform!
I think it’ll be best in the long run. Thank you for understanding!
Thank you for making a decision that serves both your and our best interest as well. Really appreciate it. 🙁
You’re welcome!
Thank you for keeping your promise!
