What are your tutoring sessions about?
That’s up to you! Is there something you need help with? Something you want me to show you how to create? Or maybe you want a more in-depth explanation of a certain tool or feature? How about a portfolio review, or some insights on your current branding?
I offer this service as a way to help you with whatever problems you may be experiencing. If there’s nothing in particular you need help with then I would recommend checking out some of my tutorials and courses.
What do I need for a tutoring session?
All that’s required of you is access to Zoom, Discord or Skype and a microphone so we can speak.
Are sessions recorded or made public in any way?
Absolutely not. Tutoring sessions are kept private and are not recorded on my end or shared with anyone else.
Can I record the session if I want to?
Yes, recording your session is a good way to remember things you may have missed or forgotten the first time around.
How much does a session cost?
Tutoring sessions cost $75 USD per hour.
What if I don’t need an entire hour?
Tutoring sessions are only sold in 1-hour blocks. If you don’t need the entire hour then you can end the session early or use the remaining time to ask for help with any other design-related issues you may have.
Can I get a partial refund if I use less than an hour?
Tutoring sessions are only sold in 1-hour blocks and must be paid in full whether the entire hour is used or not.
Can I get a refund if I cancel the session?
Yes, you can get a full refund as long as you cancel your session at least 2 hours in advance. Once a tutoring session is given and completed the sale is final.
