Welcome to Logos By Nick. This Terms and Conditions page outlines the rules and regulations for the use of our website, digital products and related services. By purchasing, accessing, or using our website, design templates, template bundles, and other digital goods, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions specified herein. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding the use, resale, refunds, exchanges, and other pertinent policies related to our products.

Access Restrictions

Access to this website and any of its related services is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 13. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the minor’s account.

Email Communication

When enrolling in any course or purchasing any product or service through logosbynick.com, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they have an email address capable of receiving emails from the logosbynick.com or logosbynick.academy domains.

Some email providers may block or filter our emails, which is beyond our control. Users must take necessary actions, such as checking spam or junk folders and whitelisting our domain, to ensure they receive all necessary communications. We will not be held responsible for any issues or delays caused by email providers blocking or filtering our emails.

Master Resale Rights

All design templates and template bundles purchased from Logos By Nick come with master resale rights. This allows you to resell the templates to your subscribers or customers and rebrand them as your own. However, the following conditions must be adhered to:

Usage Permissions:

  • You may resell the products as-is.
  • You may sell an unlimited number of copies.
  • You may sell the products at a higher price than listed on our website.
  • You may list purchased products on online marketplaces.
  • You may run paid advertising campaigns to promote the products.
  • You may rebrand the products with your own branding.
  • You may use the original name, description, and branding for your own listings.
  • You may replace or edit our terms of use document to suit your branding.
  • No credit or attribution to Logos By Nick is necessary.

Usage Restrictions:

  • You may not distribute the products for free.
  • You may not offer the products in exchange for joining a mailing list or any other unpaid action.
  • You may not sell the products for less than the listed price on https://logosbynick.com (you may match sale prices if we are running a promotion).
  • You may not grant others the right to resell these products.
  • This license applies only to products listed for sale on https://logosbynick.com and does not cover any educational courses or free templates periodically offered.
  • We reserve the right to revoke resale permissions if any conditions are violated.

It should be noted that Master Resale Rights only apply to products that were purchased and not to the freebies shared on this website or our mailing list. And those products are limited to design templates. Resale of any educational courses or materials is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds on video courses, e-books, guides, and templates are only possible under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental purchase of multiple copies of the same product.
  • Duplicate payment processing.
  • Fraudulent purchases made with stolen payment information.
  • Technical issues with the product that prevent access.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
  • Unawareness of available discount codes before purchase.
  • Insufficient expertise to use the product.
  • Lack of required software to use the product.
  • Slow internet speeds affecting access.
  • Technical issues unrelated to the product or beyond our control.
  • Claims of technical issues after partial or full consumption of the product.
  • Inability or unwillingness to provide proof of fraud.
  • Accidental purchase.

This policy is in place to prevent abuse. Once a digital good is purchased, accessed, or downloaded, it is effectively consumed, and the sale is final.

Refund Policy for Tutoring Sessions

You may cancel a tutoring session and receive a full refund if canceled no sooner than 2 hours before the scheduled time. After this time the sale is final.

Sessions will be canceled if you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled session.

Exchanges Policy

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. Exchanges will only be granted if the product has not been accessed or consumed in any capacity to prevent abuse. All sales are final after 30 days. Refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of LOGOS BY NICK LLC.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are costly and damage our relationship with payment processors. Any attempts to charge back will be disputed. In the event of a chargeback attempt, usage rights of purchased products will be forfeited.
