Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://logosbynick.com website (the “Service”) operated by Logos By Nick LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Logos By Nick LLC and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Refund Policy

Due to the precarious nature of digital goods, refunds on video courses, e-books, guides, and templates are only possible under the following circumstances:

  • You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same product
  • Your payment was processed more than once
  • The purchase was fraudulent and/or made with stolen payment information
  • There is a technical issue with the product that has prevented you from accessing it in any capacity

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • You no longer want or need the product
  • There’s a discount code that you didn’t know about before making your purchase and you’d like to utilize it
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to understand how to use the product
  • You don’t have the software required to use the product
  • You’re having trouble accessing the product because of slow internet speeds
  • You’re having trouble accessing the product because of a technical issue that is unrelated to the product and/or out of our control
  • You claim there is a technical issue with the product but our records indicate that you have already consumed some or all of it
  • You claim to be the victim of fraud but are unable or unwilling to provide substantial proof
  • Your purchase was accidental

This policy exists to prevent abuse. Issuing refunds on digital goods allows anyone to consume the product without paying for it. Once a digital good is purchased, accessed, and/or downloaded, it is effectively consumed and the sale is final.

Exchanges Policy

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and would like to exchange the product for access to another product of equal or lesser value, please fill out the form below. Exchanges will only be granted if you haven’t yet accessed or consumed the product in any capacity. This is to prevent abuse.

All sales are final after 30 days. All refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of LOGOS BY NICK LLC.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are both costly and damaging to the relationship I have with payment processors, and are therefore taken very seriously. Any attempts to charge back will be disputed. In the event of an attempted chargeback, usage rights of any products purchased will be forfeited and any accounts you have with the Logos By Nick Academy will be terminated regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
