Description
My logo design services entail the following…
- 10 Original logo design ideas: first draft delivered within 3 business days after payment is made and a design brief is submitted, excluding Sundays and US Federal Holidays.
- Unlimited rounds of revisions: changes to colors, styles, fonts, and whatever else you’d like changed, until the logo is completed to your satisfaction and final files are sent.
- Revision requests are fulfilled within 24 hours of request, excluding Sundays and US Federal Holidays.
Deliverables
Your logo, once completed, will be prepared in a such a way that you will have every format and variation you could possibly ever need for it.
Color variations include…
- In full color for lighter backgrounds
- In full color for darker backgrounds
- Monotone variations in all white and all black
For each color variation you will receive a variety of formats, including the following…
- SVG – An editable source file in vector format
- PDF – An editable source file in vector format
- PNG – A raster format with a transparent background
- JPG – A raster format without a transparent background
If the final design is structured in such a way that it has several elements, like an icon paired with a name, I’ll be sending files for each of those elements separately, as well as files for the entire design.

Copyright & Ownership
The completed logo design will become your property once it is finished and sent over. Ownership of any remaining alternative designs I may have shown will not be granted (minus any names, trademarks, or assets that previously belonged to you.)
This project will be considered a work-for-hire. This means that you will automatically assume ownership of your chosen design and will be recognized as the author/copyright holder as if you created it yourself.
Once the final design is delivered, it is your property. You are free to use it however you’d like, without the need for attribution of any kind.
Project Cancellation & Refund Policy
If before the second round of revisions you feel that I am not making acceptable progress, you can elect to cancel the project if you’d like.
Design work comes at the expense of my time, which is something I cannot get back, therefore I can only refund 50% of the total price in the event of a cancellation.
Ownership of any design ideas presented cannot be granted in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the initial transaction. All sales are final after 30 days.
Project Abandonment Policy
A project will be considered abandoned if you cease communication for 30 days or longer.
Every project that I take on is a reservation of time in my schedule. Whether or not I can take on a project is determined by availability in my schedule.
Once a project is abandoned, I cannot continue working on it later on because it disrupts my ability to maintain a functional schedule and fulfill other commitments. Abandoned projects will be closed and marked as complete.
If communication ceases because of some fault of my own then we can disregard this policy and continue on.

If I fail to meet any of the expectations laid out in this description, regardless of the reason, then you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked!
